Harry has traveled along the trails of the Irvine Ranch Natural Landmarks for over nine years. From Buck Gully in Newport Beach to the canyons north of Irvine, Harry can be found leading and supporting stewardship, fire watch, and fitness programs. Harry has supported yoga, hiking, kids’ programs and special events, and recently completed Program Leadership Training to lead these activities. His smile and knowledge of the land are welcoming beacons for participants to join him on the wonderful adventure of exploring the Landmarks. Harry is a great ambassador for the Conservancy, and always brings friends and family to activities, introducing the people he cares about to the land he cares about.

  7. Harry, it’s been a short time since I first met you on HHR on a night hike. You shared how long you had been participating with IRC, and your love for the land came across in our conversation. Thank you for the example set at the first parking lot to the Native Seed Farm, when you had the IRC postcards in your pocket and gave them to those walking by as we waited for the registrants to show up. They are always in my pocket since then.
