Tom joined OneOC as a Salesforce volunteer in October 2014. He comes into our office to assist our database administrator several hours per week, every week. He has been instrumental in guiding and assisting OneOC with the business development of our customer relationship management solution. With Tom’s assistance, we have been able to streamline the data for more accuracy, create better business practices and develop multiple reports and dashboards that have helped our organization grow.
