Dr. Cindy Greenberg brings with her all of her healthcare skills and expertise when she volunteers with us at our Mobile Eye Clinics. She received her Doctorate in Nursing Science from the University of San Diego and served on the faculty at Rush University in Chicago and California State University, Long Beach, before joining Cal State Fullerton. Previously Director of the School of Nursing at CSUF, Dr. Greenberg currently serves as Interim Associate Dean for the College of Health and Human Development. A Board Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, she has served as the Healthcare Consultant for the CSUF Children’s Center. Dr. Greenberg is a nationally recognized leader in nursing and we are lucky to have those skills a part of our team. She has shown such compassion for our patients at every clinic she volunteers at, and her caring nature comforts all our patients as they go in to see the ophthalmologist. Dr. Greenberg serves as the Supervisor of the ophthalmologist station to ensure a smooth process as patients are checked for any eye health issues. Not only does she make sure that patients receive services, but she also ensures each ophthalmologist has what they need in order to provide quality vision care as mobile eye clinics allow. Dr. Greenberg has also shown great dedication as she never misses a vision clinic if she can help it. For years, she has donated her time and skills to help make our Mobile Eye Clinic what it is. We are so very thankful for her commitment to serve our community and to provide crucial healthcare access to the most vulnerable!
